Ramp Heating Inspection
Our ramp inspection consists of a 500 volt insulation test of all cables in the ramp heating system. Testing of all sensors and controls, including, education of any on-site staff on how and when to operate the system, to maximize electrical consumption efficiency. Isolation of any faulty or unsafe cables, and completed with a detailed report and estimates to repair if required. Please note that there is a 9 cable maximum per quoted ramp heating inspection, $35.00 per cable above 9
Pipe Heat Tracing
Pipe heat tracing cables are typically installed in underground garage water, drain, and fire hose cabinet pipes. Each of these systems are critical to the smooth running of your facility and should be tested on a yearly basis. Our test includes a detailed report including location (spot number), temperature of cable, and whether repair or replacement is needed to keep your systems running through the winter season.
