   Consists of a detailed insulation integrity test of all cables in the ramp heating system. Isolation of any faulty or unsafe cables. Snow sensor test. Please note that there is a 9 cable maximum for a quoted ramp inspection; $35.00 per cable for additional testing will be added to our quoted ramp inspection price. *$550.00 + HST price is for customers that pre-order by Sept. 30th, 2023. Orders after Sept. 30th will be $750.00 + HST. Price is for the G.T.A. only and subject to change for 2023 

   Performing Infra-red inspections is a preventative maintenance measure. This provides you with a detailed inventory of all electrical equipment in your facility. Detects hot-spots, loose connections, and overloaded circuits which may cause unwanted shut-downs, and create a situation in which a fire could occur. Have your electrical equipment thermally scanned to create a safe environment for your tenants, maintenance staff, and visitors to your facility. 12 story maximum, $50.00/floor above
